This is my go-to meal prep lunch during a busy work week. It takes minutes to put together and is jam-packed with flavor!

Ingredients
- 5 cups broccoli, steamed
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (I used Frank's Red)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 tablespoons bacon crumbles
- 5 ounces feta, crumbled
- chopped green onion for garnish
Instructions
For Buffalo Chicken
- In a large bowl, add shredded chicken, hot sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder and stir to combine.
To Assemble
- Arrange five meal prep containers on your counter.
- To each container, add 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup buffalo chicken mix, 1-ounce feta cheese, 1 tablespoon bacon crumbles, and garnish with green onions.
- Store in the refrigerator for easy lunches throughout the week!
Notes
Variation Tip: Not a fan of feta? Swap in a different cheese that you like such as cheddar or goat cheese.
