Naked Keto Fudge Recipe (Low-Carb Sweet Treat)
May 08, 2019This is the easiest keto fudge recipe you will ever make! It's made with four simple ingredients and you only have to clean one dish when it's finished. I make a batch of this fudge every so often and keep it in the freezer or refrigerator for when I'm craving a sweet treat. The small bites keep me from overdoing it and give the perfect bite to curb that chocolate craving!

Course: Dessert Cuisine: Paleo/Dairy Free Servings: 90 small squares
Ingredients
- 5 scoops (50g) Naked Nutrition Collagen Powder
- 3.5 scoops (50g) Naked Nutrition Choc PB Powder
- 9 ounces (250g) Unsweetened Cacao Wafers (or >90% dark chocolate)
- 1.5 cups (150g) Coconut Butter/Manna
- Few drops or dash sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions

Line a rimmed baking dish with parchment paper (Tip: spray the dish with cooking spray first to help hold the parchment paper in place).

In a medium pot over low heat, add all ingredients. Stir frequently until completely melted.

Pour into baking dish and spread evenly. Let set in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or until solid. Remove from dish by simply pulling the parchment paper out. Cut into desired amounts (I chose small squares) and enjoy!
