Hi, I’m Rachel Gregory, a Board-Certified Nutritionist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and founder of RG Fit. As a former collegiate triathlete and athletic trainer with extensive experience working with elite athletes, I’m passionate about helping women like you achieve your body composition and fitness goals—whether that’s losing stubborn body fat, building lean muscle, or feeling stronger and more confident in your own skin.
With a Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from James Madison University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami, I bring both scientific knowledge and real-world experience to my coaching. My research, including the first-ever clinical trial on the effects of the Ketogenic Diet in CrossFit athletes, has been published in the International Journal of Sports and Exercise Medicine. But my passion for helping women transform isn’t just based on academic credentials—it's rooted in my commitment to your long-term success and health.
